Our priority is to begin treatment for your condition as soon as possible. Unless Dr. DeMarino sees some specific reason not to begin treatment on your first visit, you will normally receive treatment on your first visit.  Our average patient in pain is out of pain in 1-6 treatments. The fastest results are obtained by combining Chiropractic with other therapies.  Why do some Chiropractors routinely recommend 30-40 treatments or more?  We don’t know. We do know that when you combine Chiropractic with other therapies, results are much faster.  At DeMarino Chiropractic, we do not harass patients to come in for ongoing treatments once your issue has been resolved. After your condition has been successfully treated, you can choose to return for maintenance treatments on a regular basis, or you can choose to return as needed. We will not pressure you either way.

No. Dr. DeMarino only orders x-rays if they are medically necessary for your specific condition. Your x-rays will be interpreted by Dr. DeMarino and discussed with you. Even if you have no insurance coverage for Chiropractic, health insurance will normally pay for x-rays ordered by a Doctor of Chiropractic if the x-rays are taken at a professional x-ray facility.

Doctors of Chiropractic are qualified to order and interpret MRI examinations. Even if you have no insurance coverage for Chiropractic, health insurance will normally cover MRI examinations ordered by a Doctor of Chiropractic.
